Subject: Thank You-Fine Product!!

A couple of weeks ago, I spoke to you about your Sprinter Dually Tire Stems, and subsequently ordered a set. They are now installed, and I have just been inspecting and servicing our coach for the first of several holiday trips planned.

I wish I had heard of your product a year ago!!! Checking the rear tires with those new stems was a breeze, and I didn't need any of those angled, double chuck, tire tools that I have collected over the last two years. The stems angles are perfect, they are rigid and don't squirm away from my tire chuck, and the rubber grommet stabilizes the inner stems perfectly. Thanks for a great product. No more laying on the ground, flashlight in one hand and air guage or tire chuck in the other trying to find that elusive angle that would flow air but not let it all escape.

Happy holidays. We will be traveling safer knowing I can service my tires now.

Good customer service is rare these days. That is why I would like to compliment the Borg Tire Supply company.

My tire shop damaged one of my new valves installing it. The nice folks at Borg Tire Supply, makers of Dually Valve, sent me a free replacement in the interest of good customer relations.

They wouldn't even accept my offer to pay the postage. Hats off to them!

By the way, I love the new valves. No more leaky tire valve extenders.

What are Dually Valve Kits?

Dually Valve Kits- Make it easier for Motor home or Commercial Vehicles to check and maintain tire pressure on six-wheeled chassis. Traditionally adding air to dually tires was difficult and required the use of specially designed air chucks and gauges. Not anymore! We have extended the length of the inner dual valve to reach the outer dual thus making it easy to add air. We have also created an outer dually valve that has three bends to point outward.

Kits include 2 Inner Dual Stems, 2 Outer Dual stems & 2 Rubber Stabilizers unless the kit specifies no stabilizers.

Just wanted to let you know that I had my Duallyvalve stems installed. A Goodyear truck place did it and I know that I got a bargain. What I wanted you to know is that I also purchased a 4 gallon pancake air compressor and a good digital air gage and had my Class C (2008 Georgie Boy) weighed properly. I took my first trip and was able to service the duals with your Duallyvalves. Naturally I checked before we left and again 5 days later before we departed the campground. Checking the tires is so easy. Installing the Duallyvalves made me much more aware of the need to keep on top of tire inflation. I have gained invaluable tire knowledge, we operate more safely and I am confident of my understanding of my tires....all because of Duallyvalve!

Hi,

I had a problem a few weeks ago, with a faulty valve. I called and you were so great to overnight a new valve (with extras), and to talk to the repair shop as well. Those guys were also good about re-installing the rear valves on all of my tires, so they were across from each other, vs. coming out of the same hole. I took my first trip of the season (1,500+miles) with no problems.

DuallyValve installers for 2011 Winnebago

Just a hearty THANKS for the DuallyValves for our 2011 Winnebago View 24K RV. We drove it 8,500 miles on some of the nastiest & roughest roads in Alaska and British Columbia pulling our 2003 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with ZERO issues... No flats, no air leaks, nothing. We hit potholes and massive "frost heaves" which threw our RV all over... with not a single peep from our tires.

Your valves with the 10 TireMinder TPMS sensors installed on our RV and Jeep worked flawlessly. Initially we got an overtemp warning on our right outer tire climbing the Grapevine but that was probably due to the high air temp and our diesel exhaust exiting right in front of this tire. Not sure why but its never happened again.

Needless to say I'd unequivocably recommend these products for anybody with an RV, especially towing anything since you'll almost assuredly only know of a tire problem on a toad AFTER its on the rim. Having all metal valve perfectly sealed valve stems that are easy to check is the only smart thing to do.

Tires for Sprint Phoenix Cruiser

Until recently, I have had difficulty keeping my 2350 dual wheels inflated properly. One of the valve extensions that came with the 2350S snapped off and left me with a flat. When that happened, I replaced the original ones with "airless" ones from Camping World. Those worked better but were tricky to adjust and one became unadjusted and left me with another flat.

I researched available solutions and installed some very robust, lifetime-warranted units found at: http://yourtireshopsupply.com/category/780_782/dually-valve-kits for $120 plus shipping. They work! I have had them in use for a couple of months now and the pressures in all four tires have stayed within 0.5 psi of each other. The only changes in pressure are in line with temperature changes measured at dawn (expect 1 degree F for each 10 degrees of change since your last check). These units are not user installable; a tire shop will need 1-2 hours to install them. This may seem expensive, but a failed tire can ruin your life.

I just completed a round trip from NC to TX and did not worry about the tires. But, I still check the tires each morning before getting underway. The company that sells the extended valves also sells some metal caps with a built in valve at its tip. They allow you to check quickly your pressures without fiddling with screw-on valve caps.

Another subject: At about 20,000 miles I have had no problems with my 2008 Kumho tires.
