The RS-10 is a Rema Tip Top Rema Stem 10, a pre-cured, self-vulcanizing stem insert for injuries up to 3/8 in. (10 mm), sold as 20. It is specially contoured for easy installation and works in hot or cold vulcanization. For a permanent repair, use it with the matching Rema Tip Top repair unit, a carbide cutter and Special Cement BL or Special Blue Cement. Shops also call it a stem insert or repair insert.
