The RS-8 is a Rema Tip Top stem insert, a pre-cured, self-vulcanizing insert sold in a pack of 60, contoured for easy installation. It handles an injury up to 5/16 inch and works with hot or cold vulcanization. For a permanent repair, pair it with the matching Rema Tip Top repair unit, carbide cutter and Special Cement BL or Special Blue Cement.
