TI14008 is the 31 Inc. 14-008 Xtra Seal chemical vulcanizing cement, flammable, in an 8 oz (236 ml) can. Flammable cements tend to dry faster, though some regions require non-flammable cements by law or regulation. It contains accelerators that start the vulcanization process when they touch the face gum on any X-tra Seal repair unit, and the cement on the buffed area should be fully dry before you put the repair unit on.
