Because of the small diameter of the hole and the placement of the OEM wheel cover you may need to cut a notch for accessibility in the cover. Or take the cover off. You have 2 Front stem options below, please specify which you would like. Please indicate in the order notes.
Note: If you are not using OEM simulators, Our Inner & Outer Dual stems in our kit may not be long enough. Aftermarket simulators sit further away from the steel rim. Inner stem in this kit is 7" eff length. Please check the length before purchasing our stem kit.

NOTE: YOU WILL HAVE TO CUT THE COVER ON THE FRONT WHEELS. THE VALVE STEM IS MOUNTED TOO CLOSE TO THE COVER AND WE RECCOMED 1/4"-1/2" OF CLEARANCE.

The Duallyvalve kit makes it easier for Motorhome or Commercial Vehicles to check and maintain tire pressure on six-wheeled chassie. Traditionally adding air to dually tires was difficult, and required the use of specially designed air chucks and specially designed air gauges just to get to the valve stem. Not anymore! The length of the inner dual valve has been extended to reach the outer dual thus making it easy to add air.

IMPORTANT RE: SIMULATOR COVERS: The OEM Simulators are "Clip-on" not "Bolt-on" So they can rotate and cut a gouge in the Duallyvalve stems and or just fly off. We recommend to wire tie or zip tie your covers to your wheel in a few positions to prevent this.

Warranty: Duallyvalve Parts 3 Years
TPMS: Duallyvalve stems DO NOT work with INTERNAL TPMS. Duallyvalves can work with External TPMS that go on the end of the valve stem.
BALANCING: If you plan on using balancing compounds in your tires such as Equal or Counteract; please indicate that information in your order notes.
Tire Rotation
Having Duallyvalves make it difficult for the tire shop to rotate your tires. Inner stems, Outer stems and Front stems are all different. You can rotate Inner with Inner, Outer with Outer and Front with Front.
Replacement
To reduce potential future air leaks; we recommend after 5 years OR every tire change replacing the rubber seals on the valve stems in the Dually Valve Kit. Just give Duallyvalve a call 800-300-2674 or 818-352-8717 x111 and we would be happy to help you get what you need. NOTE: Some Aluminum wheel valve stems do not have replacement grommets.

We also reccomend to wire tie or zip tie the wheel covers to the wheel in this application. They tend to rotate and fly off.

Step 1

Stack the Duals
-
Check if the inner stem is centered in the hand-hole
Step 2
-
Bend the valve stem slightly, so the stem is centered in the hand-hole. (When bending support support the base and keep the valve cap on to protects the threads).
Step 3
-
Re-stack the duals to confirm that the valve stems are centered
