Hot Vulcanizing machine for repairing injuries in the tread, shoulder, and sidewall of radial and bias-ply tires on truck, agricultural and OTR/EM tires, with the use of Rema Tip Top repair units. It’s strong construction provides easy maintenance and a long service life. With an integrated tilt and swivel mechanism the machine can be adapted to suit most repair positions.

  • Temperature control: Digital-electronic thermostat with temperature display
  • Curing time control: Digital-electronic timer
  • Pressure system: Pneumatic pressure system
